Location: the hotel was just off Switzerland, ski area, and the mountains. The room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned with tablet and TV, as example, and all other comforts.
The staff were quite rude, didn't expect that coming.

We had a blast exploring the Pradaschier adventure mountain and trying out all the thrilling sporting activities available. The large, modern fitness area was perfect for staying active and having fun. We even brought along a baby , and the hotel provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Plus, the Alp-Stätz Ski Lift was easily accessible by bike, adding to our adventurous experience.
The only thing we wished for was a livelier nightlife scene for young party-going people. While the hotel had great facilities and activities, it would have been even more awesome if there were more opportunities for fun and partying in the evenings.

The wellness spa was a fantastic feature of this hotel, offering a chance to relax and unwind after a long day. The comfort and room design were also top-notch, creating a cozy and homelike atmosphere. Additionally, the possibility of electric charging in the garage was a great convenience, especially for those traveling with electric vehicles. The location, surrounded by stunning scenery, only added to the overall appeal of this hotel.
One issue we faced was the late check-in process. Despite being told that check-in would be available until midnight, the hotel was completely closed upon our arrival.

Loved the new wellness area with whirlpool, steam bath, and sauna. So relaxing! Also enjoyed the games area with snooker, table tennis, and darts. And the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.
Who needs a renovated building when you can have the old one? The property is under renovation, what a shame!

We had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch - they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spa and gym were a major plus, and we loved unwinding in the sauna and relaxation area. The location was perfect too, with the longest toboggan in Switzerland just a short walk away. It was a blast trying it out! Another advantage we enjoyed was the thoughtful extras in our room, like the umbrella and backpack for trekking. the staff were always helpful and the breakfast offered a nice selection.
The only downside was the breakfast rush. It could get quite chaotic with dishes running out and a lot of people queuing up for food.

The underground parking was a bonus and the ski storage was top-notch. The spa, though small, had a variety of saunas and steam rooms. The staff went above and beyond, making our stay cozy and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The kids play area was a hit, keeping the little ones entertained. The proximity to the mountains was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!
